We are having severe water shortage problem in vasanti apartment of ramnagar area just opposite to gvmc office since last one month. Since april 18 the problem is existing but the seriousness of the issue raised to the peak since a month. You are forcing us to buy the same source of water through tanker at a very high price. Sir water is the basic eminently and you are making our life miserable by adopting unethical practice of carrying your business when the piping network is existing we are forced to depend on tanker water from the same source at a very high price.

Dear sir/madam
I am registering this complaint from mig 43, marripalem vuda layout, visakhapatnam. Recently fiber network company has digged holes in the middle of the road for laying fiber cables. After work has been completed they closed the holes and after few days they put a little concrete in the holes for the sake of doing it, without following any standards.

It's been couple of weeks and pot holes are being recreated as traffic is moving. As not following proper procedure standards in closing these holes it is creating a serious problems for vehicles movement and causing accidents. I request the competent authority to review this matter and take necessary actions. This is the same problem observed throughout the street.

In dasapalla layout, yendada, visakhapatnam we are having a wine shop in the centre of the colony. Though we are lacking basic amenities like post office, bank or hospital, we are fortunate enough to have wine shop in the colony. Because of wine shop the sanitation problems in the colony is at it’s nadir. Open urination, open drinking in the colony and choking of drains due to stuffing of polythene covers in main drain aggravates our problems. The gvmc is least bothered about our problems in the area. We request the authorities to open their eyes and do justice to us.

Dear sir, we would like to bring to your kind notice that dog was died at ignou university & ap housing corporation, ushodaya junction mvp colony, vizag-17. Please remove it immediately students, ap housing visitors, higher officials are facing the problems of walking near by the dog, bad smelling. Please look into this matter immediately.

Dear sir

I am a senior citizen of this town, born in this city. We along with thousands of people walk in the beach road, in the early hours in the morning.

We observe some people bring their dogs for walk. Some people are letting the dogs walk/ run around without a leash. This is a dangerous situation. Many ladies including my wife are afraid of big labradors moving freely without being with chain by its masters, some terrified of a big dog moving freely. Moreover these dog owners are using beach road as its littering ground. They do not remove the dog litter, causing, bad smell and unhygienic conditions.in fear of the dogs some may trip and fall; hurt themselves. This situation has to be addresses immediately. Dogs should be banned from beach road during walking times.

Moreover there many stray dogs; which will not give vizag rk beach, any good look. With such situations vizag can not be number 1 city in the country.

Request you to kindly take note of this situation, do the needful; to make thousands of walkers, happy, safe and peaceful.

Everyday our street members especially school children are facing a very serious problems due overflow o[censored]nderground drainage onto the roads at the time of municipal taps opening along with oepn drainage water because of breakage of Hole collar. So o request you to repair and remove all the debri strucked inside the hole before it gets a major problem

Sir, i am a resident of arilova, visakhapatnam - 530040. There are some major issues related to ground water and the municipal tap water. Firstly, the ground water has completely depleted, thanks to the health city and large number of multi specialty hospitals in the vicinity. This is the first time we are facing this crisis. Secondly, the municipal water is supplied twice a week. Now, how can we survive without water for the rest of the days. With zero ground water and no regular supply of municipal water. I urge you to please look into this matter and supply municipal water at least once in two days.

We are unable to step out of our houses because they bark and chase the people in our locality. We are facing severe problem with these street dogs. Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Airtel Fiber net has made cable trench beside a road at Sector-2, MVP Colony . The top Cover is broken and it very danger for public pedestrians as well Vehicles passing by. Cables trench top Cover to be replaced with new Cover. The top cover placed by Airtel Fiber net is not a of strengths one. It was broken immediately after run by a unknown vehicle

This is the nth time am raising a complaint about poor drainage system and inadequate water supply in our area. Not sure who else to approach even the complaints raised in swatch app doesn't work. Do let us know a channel to approach as even calls or watspp are not working.

I r. Srinivas s/o r. N. Murthy resident of dr. No 55-18-6, lig 62 for the past 30 years at hb colony, seethammadhara, visakhapatnam giving complaint for unauthorised construction of stairs of mig 38 which is a quarter of main road side has constructed stairs at their south side which they are not having path to go. We instructed several times verbally before but they didn't stop constructing the stairs which is in front of portion. I request you to please take action against this matter as early as possible.

Iam having issues with the residents living beside my home. They are having cows which are not tied to the poles near their house and therefore those cows can easily enter other houses if the gates are opened. These cows been entering our house 3-4 times and are eating the plants and spoilimg our cellar and car. Kindly help me out with this issue.

I took municipal tap connection in scheme basis, for scheme there will be a private team assigned itseems, i came to know this after 3 months of waiting, and after going to the gvmc yendada office there is one agent assigned for it first and he left the job saying this work need approvals from higher authorities, where the connection is already done opposite to our plot, so the road needs to cut to provide a tap connection, it got lagged for 3 months, now a new agent is assigned and i am calling him daily for the status, its been a week and there is no update.
These people are just checking our patience, not even a single work is done?
Sometimes they are not taking the call..

This is konathala venkat cplaint of garbage in front of my shop me and my customers also struggle for this garbage and very bad smell is coming and mosquitoes and some dogs are also eating there and actually today morning i raised complaint in customer care but they could not solve my problem .Then next why I don't clean this garbage today morning to evening .So pls action for this complaint .63 ward new gajuwaka kanthi road near old muncipal off.vizag 530026

I have applied for title transfer 5 months ago, no one approached me during this time, i simply got a message that my request was rejected, in gvmc app when i'm trying to register a complaint it's showing me an error, i couldn't even register a complaint, i have paid mutation fee also, i dont know why my request was rejected, i have no strength and no time to run behind the offices of gvmc.

Yesterday[protected] night the owner of ews-4, beside sivalayam-saibaba temple, sector-6, mvp colony, visakhapatnam-17, dug up the road in front of ews-4 and sunk bore well pipes in the middle of the road. We request gvmc to immediately remove the bore well pipes from the road, fill up the damaged road, and arrest the criminal owner of ews-4 and prosecute him without any delay.

There are no street lights from Jagadamba to O-Optex road. That is an important road with heavy traffic. Please provide street lights on 3 poles that are there next to O-Optex and opposite Grand Central Hotel. After 10pm that is after closing time of the shops that area is dark and lot of drinkers, rowdy sheaters gather there. I wonder that In such a central area why street lights were not provided till now. Request you to provide 3 lights on that part of the road.

Garbage from area is not being collected from past 10 days. When enquired, I came to know there are no GVMC officials allotted for our area and the contract employees are on strike.
We are facing many issues due to non collection of garbage. Flies and mosquitoes are increasing. People are falling sick.
Kindly take necessary action and solve our problem.

I am ch. Manjula, from ward no.14, address: d. No. 51-2-3/6, nakkavanipalem, seethammadhara, visakhapatnam-13.
Garbage from area is not being collected from past 10 days. When enquired, i came to know there are no gvmc officials allotted for our area and the contract employees are on strike.
We are facing many issues due to non collection of garbage. Flies and mosquitoes are increasing. People are falling sick.
Kindly take necessary action and solve our problem.

Sir,
I am a resident of visakhapatnam mvp colony plot 132, sector 12 d. No.1-118-14. The garbage has not been collected for the last 13 days as the collection mini van is not coming. It i a common practice for them to come once in 3 or 4 days. Now they are not coming at all.

Kindly see action is taken for them to regularly collect garbage.
