Sir,
I am a resident of visakhapatnam mvp colony plot 132, sector 12 d. No.1-118-14. The garbage has not been collected for the last 13 days as the collection mini van is not coming. It i a common practice for them to come once in 3 or 4 days. Now they are not coming at all.

Kindly see action is taken for them to regularly collect garbage.

Sir, we the residents of old adivivaram are suffering a lot without drains. The waste water is flowing nearby and stagnating beside our houses. Mosquitoes are growing faster. We are suffering from dangerous fevers. There are about 25families in our area and we are paying our taxes in time. We complaint the same many times but no single action taken up by you. This is very unfair action taken towards us. So please take serious action on this issue and construct drains for us and save us from dangerous fevers.

I am residing at sai sagar apartments, old cbi office street, chinna waltair. I have to advise that a large water is stagnated with fungus in the terrace of my neighbourhood apartment namely sulochana apartments which is causing for development of mosquitoes and bad smell. We request you to kindly look i to the matter and see the stagnated water is removed.

Hellos sir, i am from venakataraj nagar, dindaparthy.in our area to develop underground drainage system but they didn't complete the task. They stopped construction in middle because they didn't get the generator and asked us to provide it and i denied to give power from my home. This was happened in aug and till today they didn't get the generator and didn't complete the work.

People from our colony are suffering a lot because of the uncontrolled drainage behind my house. There's an uncontrolled growth of mosquitoes in and around the site. This has lead to dengue in my colony including my father. A warning has been given to the site owner. He did not respond to. I hope u take a serious action against this irresponsible act

Dear sir, it was almost 10 days that cleaning people have removed garbage from drainage and thrown before the houses where 3, 4 months old infants are staying. It became shelter for mosquitos, rats and very ugly smell which can lead to civior diseases. Nobody is coming to the street for cleaning. The service is very negligible by the people. We kindly request you to take proper action immediately. Thank you.

Between Satya Surya and Sri mutha complex, door no:48-9-1 Dwarakanagar, the drains have been opened and Declogged. The machine damaged the covers and the drain walls, and no efforts were done to re-cover or repair it. The tax paying occupants of these buildings, who have spent their own funds to cover it are at a horrible situation. Frequent accidents and foul smells make the ‘smart city’ look ugly to say the least.
Please attend to this at once.

In apartments, gvmc people are supposed to collect the waste from the apartment but they are not doing it. Since two weeks waste is lying down in the cellar but they are not taking the waste. You people only made to purchase two drums for wet waste and dry waste, hence two drums were put in the celllar. All the flats people are pouring the waste in that drums how u people told, but your gvmc people are not collecting the waste from the drums. They are insisting the apartment people to go near them and give the waste. How is it possible. Is it not their duty to come and collect the waste from the drums. If so, then what is the use in putting the drums in the cellar. And the other thing is at least there is no signal from them that they are coming. They are coming silently without any indication and going silently without collecting the waste. If gvmc is doing their duties in such a way, where is swach bharath. The people who are coming to collect the waste are very irresponsible and talking arrogantly. Please take proper action regarding this

I have received two notices, those are (1). Notice no. Sn/[protected] dated 25/07/2018, assesment no.[protected] with application no.[protected]vw and (2). Notice no. Sn/[protected] dated 25/07/2018. Assesment no. [protected] with application no.[protected]yu through hp-cdmasm on 25-july-12.50pm. But i was not given any application to gvmc aganist new assesment and property tax. Why because the addressed property was registered in my name, but the builders who are taken my site for developing were not handed over my property to me still now. So how can i agree to pay property tax. So please consider me, i will pay after occupay my property from builders. The builders are not giving sufficient development ratio for my site. And also i am not given any authorisation to any body for apply any application to gvmc. So please solve my problem sir.

I being a resident of balayya sastry layout, would like to bring to your notice about the disgraceful condition of roads in our locality. Chatrapati street where many educated and government service people live, has been in a really bad condition since the past 6 months. Many repairs have been done regarding the drainage and the roads are left improperly done. Walkers, 2 wheelers and cars are facing challenges to pass through the road which allows only one vehicle at a time due to its condition. There are a lot of pits and no part of the road is uniform in height. I kindly request you to take some action immediately and help us out. I hope we will see some changes soon.

I am Ponnada Radhika W/o Ponnada Srinivas, living in D No[protected] Priyadarsini colony, Pedagantyada, Visakhapatnam .In Bhavani Nagar, Ward No 50 and Sy No 64/11B &64/16B, Plot No 57Part, lodging complaint against Sri Mr Satya Rao, has unauthorizedly constructed G+3 building and some of the extent entered in to my site bearing plot no 58 part and his compound wall has constructed above the drainage and he is disturbing while constructing my house even after taking necessary plan approval .Hence it requested to measure the site of Sri Mr P Satyarao bearing plot NO 57 Part My self Ponnada Srinivas(husband) bearing plot NO 58 Part and take necessary action against Sri unauthorized construction and needful help on occupied site .

Sir,
Here at Maddilapalem, near Sivalayam autostand, beside lane of NTR statue, bcoz of nonclearance of garbage & drains we all were suffering, bad smell and mosquitoes. Pls do suggest those sanitary employees to clear&clean it as soon as possible.

Respected sir,
I k vasudeva rao residing in 19th ward of bhanojinagar wants to bring an issue to your notice regarding the garbage boy who used to come daily to collect our garbage is not coming regularly. All the garbage is stocking up which is directing to other issues like mosquito, bad smell and blocking of drains. He is not even cleaning drains.
The person assigned to our area's name is appa rao. We are giving an additional moneyof rs 20 every month.
Please consider this issue and see that our area is clean and hygiene.

I have been residing at navya nulife appartment. There is regular seepage of toilet water in the car parking area. It carries feces also. I have put a complaint to my society for urgent action but they are not taking any action for last 6-7 days stating that no scavengers are available. The area is becoming unhygienic and it may invite breed of mosquito and in turn may cause health hazards such as malaria & dengue.

I would request you to kindly arrange visit of health officials to my apartment on immedaite basis.

1. Severe mad dogs menace threatening to walk on roads especially when returning from office at night. Im private employee working at itsez-hill#1. My office ends at late night. When couple of times i was threatened and centered by the street dogs of around 11-13.
Please address this severe dog menace in the roads of bank colony, tennati nagar, murali nagar -530007

2. Also, there are several eggs, mirchi, lemons, coconuts thrown on the middle of the roads with pretext of evil eyes/ nazar/ dishttu etc./bad omens. Residents need to be warned and educated

3. Apartments - residents should be warned of smoking of cigarettes, alcohol consumptions in resident flats is sheer nuisance and cameras need t be installed in every apartments

Greetings! This is to complaint that in our area there are a lot of mad street dogs and because of this reason women and children are afraid always to step out or step in our house. These are very scary and bitten a couple of relatives.

Generally, these dogs lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire people who pass from them.

So, i request your good self to take...

Sir, v have already complained before that there is a tiffin shop attached to the govt toilets. She is using the bathroom water as drinking water. No necessary action is taken. Please remove her shop and save our ward's people health. She is fighting and shouting on every one who is against her. Please save our lives and us sir. Since 2 weeks v r complaining but no action. That tiffin shop lady is very ferocious.. So please do justice sir

We are residing at 50-16-33, seethampeta, visakhapatnam - 530016.

Here people who are having houses at road sides are creating much problems for the people who are living back of their houses by harassing not to keep vehicles and not to walk on the roads in front of their houses. As its a municipal road which had occupied by keeping some pan shops and also running belt shops which is creating much nuisance.

Hope as a government you people will take care and resolve the issue at the earliest.

It is humble request and congratulations to the gvmc for maintaining our location clean and green. We are the people of krantinagar, chinnamushidiwada, nearly 220 flats are living in this area. The apartments connected to the street are svs apartment, jogulamma, ram residence, r k enclave, keerthana emarald, rishi residence, s s square, balaji residence, yogi constructions and two newly constructing apartments etc.in previous occasions also, we had given enormous complaints regarding our location difficulties and huddles to your office and we had received assurance to the complaints also. For example, pls refer to the complaint no wc5663.

Our location, krantinagar layout contains roads and drains except our street and unfortunately majority (220 flats) of the people are connected to this street only.in this layout, every street was laid with roads and drains and coming to our street, it is very unfair not to have it and we didn’t know that it is deliberately done or by mistake. We are the first to initiate for collecting all the garbage of apartments in the area to dump into dustbin and handing over to the gvmc van on weekly twice basis.

We request you to visit the location & assess the condition of the street. It is quite difficult for the rainy season as all the rain water stuck at all the apartments and make viral disease, especially to the kids around the locations. Here stray pigs also the main important problem for this locations and till now no action was taken to this. Recently we had eight (Four are from one family only) dengue cases raised at this location and suffered a lot and now these cases are increasing in location. We all pray to your office to initiate the remedial actions in order to mitigate all the difficulties of this location please. I kindly request you to go through the images attached with this mail to witness the stay pigs and road conditions of our street.

We had faith in you sir and requesting for development of our location in respect of laying roads and drains which are very basic needs for a citizen to live. We didn't have roads and drains in city limits as we are heading towards the best smart city of india.

Everyone are suffering a lot in odd times while returning to the home after office hours especially women's. We are awaiting for your favouable action please.
