I, Anil Chadalavada Advocate residing at MIG II -200 near PM Palem last Bus stop VSP41. Lot of pigs are surrounded in and around my residential area causing lot of inconvenience to us. We are afraid that encephalitis may arise and we may develop medical issues. Hence I request you to arrange GVMC staff to eradicate the pigs form our locality permanently. STRAY DOGS IN STREETS
Respected Sir,
We are facing a lot of problems with the street dogs which are staying at DEVI PLAZA APARTMENTS, MADDILAPALEM, NEAR KINNERA THEATRE. Please do the needful to save from biting by the street dogs. Almost 05 to 10 street dogs are there. Please do help to evacuate these dogs from there. Please made us free to walk in the streets without fear. Waiting for your immediate response.

Sir we are the residents of 58th ward kuramannapalem, iti road.This is to inform you that huge garbage dumping is going on in the middle of the colony by the Gvmc people for the last few years.This road is the main road of the colony.Sir this also to inform you that a complaint was registered at the gajuwaka muncipal office, and infact was solved by the concerned authorities, but only for just 10days.Now since then again the problem is same for the last 8months.Sir this garbage is attracting street dogs, pigs, cows etc which is very danger.When it rains the situation gets worst.Hence we the residents of koramannapalem iti road ward 58 request your goodselves to kindly rectify this problem at the earliest. Thank you.

I am a resident of Pithapuram colony In Visakhapatnam ward No.23. For the past many years we are suffering the menace of garbage of the entire colony is being dumped in the open in front of our house, an area which is a green belt in the Master Plan.There is a municipal market adjacent to this dumping area, and the Animal waste along with the market waste is also thrown in this place. The garbage is cleared once in 10 days by the sanitation departmente, who use the services of a dumper to clear this, which is self explanatory for the amount of garbage dumped in this piece of land. The residents have brought it to the notice of the Concerned sanitary stafff/Inspector but they have turned a deaf ear to our representation. We request you to help us in getting a permanent solution to this problem, by developing this green belt, which is the official status of this piece of land which is centrally located in the colony and avert spread of any epidemic in the future. A visit to this dumping ground by the Chief Medicalnhealth officer of GVMC will make him realize the seriousness of the issue, as the stench emanating from the Animal waste is difficult to bear even for a few minutes, The Plight of the residents who live in the neighbourhood is no exxageration.

Unauthorized construction was done and was sold to another person for 15 lacs. Please check the contruction quality as it is constructed beside a gutter and ensure that it is built as per the norms.

We are having a tough time to have an undisturb sleep in midnights almost every day. Its is strange, stray dogs assemble in huge number in the street ASR Nagar, at Seethammadhara around 12 in the midnight and start howling one after the other. Further to this they fight with them selves making huge horrifying noices and also charge two wheelers, cars and pedestrians passing by, which very scary and huge risk of being bitten.

Humble request to the authorities to slow this problem at the earliest, before something mishapen.

We are living at Sramika nagar in gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, GVMC people using a private land(doesnt belongs to GVMC & belongs to somebody) for storing garbage like dumping yard, which they are bringing from all around the area. And that area became very unhealthy residential area. became monquitoe breeding centre due to rainy season. also the street animals always digging in the dump of garbage and eating plastic(cows & dogs). Street dogs became a huge issue for our colony. We couldnt able to sleep at night. we hare paying a huge taxes for these services. we should be really thanking this government for this kind of service despite of collecting huge taxes from us and filling their pockets. If this web site is taking any action, we will feel some relief. as we are done convincing the GVMC workers not to throw the garbage in open area which is in center of residential area (where few infant kids are surviving in homes), And the municipal water tanker also comes at that particular point and our ladies walking through this nasty area have to fill water for household drinking purpose.

regarding debris cleaning in our location, particularly near my apartment. i wish to let you aware that no personnel from gvmc has come to collect
the debris from our apartment for the last 4 days resulting accumulation of debris very badly . as you aware the piling of debris and poor sanitation
may lead to spreading of diseases i would like to appeal for your kind intervention into this matter and instruct your people to collect the debris
from our apartment as early as possible.

I (M.RADHA KRISHNA) resident of Old Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam facing problems from past 2years relating to garbage and drainage.The people who stay beside us( Ramana naidu Molli (W/o Late Raam Naidu Molli) H.No 8-9-22/1, APPARAO MOLLI , H.No 8-9-19, Kusuma , H.No 8-9-19, OPPOSITE SUDHA HOTEL LANE, OLD GAJUWAKA, VISAKHAPATNAM ) are throwing garbage in front of our house and also in the gutter which creating very unbareable smell inspite of having garbage bins nearby and there is a drainage flow problem because of this garbage which comes from my neighbours house .Inspite of telling them not to do in return there are using vulgar language.So i request you sir to take an appropriate action against this matter.

This is Srivani staying in New Karasa Near N.A.D.Kotha Road, Visakhapatnam Ward-42,
In my area road extension works are going on. They started before 3 years but the work still going on
for that road extension they cut all the trees in our area from N.A.D to 104 area. We don't have even one tree on road side.
Because of that pollution also increased a lot. And people can't even stand for buses and autos on roads.
Sir please complete the road works as soon as possible and please grow plants on road side.
Day by day pollution is increased in our city. if you are done it as early as possible publich will be feel happy.
And keep some place for trees when your planned for roads works.

Against the water consumption there is a rate Rs.120.00 fixed by GVMC-VSKP of each and every residential owners of Visakhapatnam and the system of issuing water-bills on monthly basis is not in practice with the staff of GVMC-VSKP and to avoid their routine work they are not issuing water bills some years together and thus they are in the practice of issuing with huge amount water bills at a time for one or two years.Even after query from the concerning staff they are not caring without disciplinary authority.This is one kind of harassment for the residents of poor category in view of their financial impediments.In view of these circumstances The COMMISSIONER of GVMC-VSKP is requested to draw his attention on this issue and requested to probe an investigation as to why the monthly water bill should be introduced on monthly basis or quarterly./Thanking you

Respected GVMC Commissioner Sir,

Sir, we residents of Pandurangapuram have already brought into the notice of Town planning officials that there has been illegal and unauthorised construction going on in pandurangapuram, which is causing many problems and there are many violations to the Master Plan of visakhapatnam, Some people have also occupied the road to be laid down according to the master plan and all the officials are aware of it. You know the land in Pandurangapuram is the costliest place as assessed by the revenue officers and building a house here is a dream to many of vizag people due to the proximity to Beach and we have to pay lots of money to government to do any construction after buying the sites for houses and have to follow many rules and regulations to do so, but these persons who have occupied the GVMC place are constructing as they like with out any plan approvals or any land records with them.
Sir, once these illegal occupants have been vacated and are allotted sites in Aarilova, now they are enjoying both this place that they have occupied here and the place they have been allotted, we people who are paying all taxes and are following all rules and regulations have to face lots of problems due to them, this posh area have become congested with out proper place to commute because of lack of proper parking facilities to those people they park their auto's , two wheelers and vendors at beach also live here park the bandi on the roads , this has become so regular that going out of our apartments and comming in also , we have to clear the road with out any obstruction, Which takes more than ten minitues daily, this has become daily menance for us, If we question them for their behaviour we are being mishandled also, we have hear all the harsh words like "road needha, nenu tax kaduthunnanu(we are paying taxes etc) which is very disturbing and we are loosing our mental peace due this daily menance.
The officials have already once stopped these constructions but these people do not heed to the rule so they started the construction again, they are very rude also, they say publicly they have paid bribe to the officials and political executives also so, they need not stop the constructions and no one will stop them (they are very confident).
There is nothing to loose for the people who are constucting illegal and unauthorised buildings here, but we have put all our hard earned money on our houses , but we are loosing the feeling that we are living in a posh locality as it has got slum like surroundings due to these constructions.

Sir, Please relocate them to the places already allotted to them in Aarilova and stop these illegal constructions. Please do it according to the Master plan and under beautification of our city , Please discourage this slumification of Pandurangapuram.
Hope you will take action as soon as possible as we do not have any doubts on your integrity and intigrity of other officials also.

It is kindly brought to your notice that the road leading to Kancharipalem from Tatichetlapalem via Railway querters is one of the busiest road in visakhapatnam and several citizens are using the same with great difficulty as the road was badly damaged to ride even a two wheeler. There is a culvert construction is taken place in the same road. Leaving that the entire road may advised to get it repaired on war footing basis. I also request your good selves to kindly travel in that road to get the correct picture. Your personnel attention is highly soliciated.

We residents of Dolfine Apartment near varun beach behind gate way hotel are suffering irresponcible dispossal of garbage of Varun Beach. and Inox. They are throwing garbage and food waste on the entry of dolfin apartment which is causing sivier health hazard to the residents and surrounding poor people of oota gadda.We had already complained to health inspector and other officials but nobody bothers.The theatre is located in 20th ward and the garbage box is in the 19th ward .Many VIP's cross that area.We attach the photos also.you can find them in attachments.

We request you to arrange seperate dispossal to VARUN BEACH in their premisses and take immediate action.

We want to bring to your notice that there is no facility UGD in our area in pandugangapuram, which have already been brought in to the notice of C.E of GVMC when they started to lay road two months back, we requested to first complete UGD. work and then lay road so that there will be no wastage of funds . Even though they lay road now they have to again dismantle it to take over the UGD works due which lots money is going to be wasted. This complaint is from all the members in and around our house. Please take action as soon as posible.

I have lodged an online complaint to Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation on 2nd of July 2008, with a reg. no."2008-ADM-1601'' addressed to Commissioner and a complaint to Mayor vide reg. no''2008-ADM-1668" dated 17th july 2008.

Regarding the pollution created by the near by CEMENT GODOWN, very badly affecting our health.

Its a greatest irony on e-governance, that till now no action was taken by the organisation even after personal representation with its officials.
