I live on Harbour Park Road (Near AIR Studios ) Ward 18, Visakhapatnam 530003. The garbage is not being collected regularly as supposed to be done .Even after the strike is called off there is no improvement . Regular non-collection of garbage is a recurring problem. Please ensure that garbage is collected immediately and in future it should be collected routinely.

Hi, respected official this is G.Mahesh..with property tax assessment no..[protected]...I had due property tax with the amount of 22032/-.. so I paid on your official website through UPI..the payment is also made...and no receipt has been generated..and not been updated on the site also.

Sir/Madam, a buyer is asking for NOC o[censored]LC, I know that the apartment land was not part o[censored]LC. Now I want to reconfirm this that our apartment building was not part o[censored]LC. How do i get this confirmation....

Recently two months back a new pan shops opened up suddenly in the street corner at
East point colony, peddawaltair, near vuda park, near Baba temple, visakhapatnam
Initially there was no problem but after some time since they are selling cigarettes alot of smokers are standing around the corner of the street and smoking publicly for hours together.
They are not only obstructing the traffic but also making it inconvenient for people as well as so many children are get into the school bus in that spot.
Pls take immediate action, we are also afraid that the situation might become worse in the near future

Sir we are staying at old arilova near nookalamma thalli temple...we are facing a lot of trouble due to over of garbage and cow dung everywhere over the road...so we request you to adress our complaint and do further needy action

Sir,
There are so many street dogs in our locality because of them it is very difficult to take step out from our houses.
These dogs bark and chase the people who cross that area, especially “children’s and women’s” and two wheeler raiders.

These dogs are scaring the people very much. There are many dogs in this area.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire people who pass from them.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area to catch these dogs.

Sir i am very much dissatisfied with the Property Tax Bifurifaction Recently received notice on[protected], Every year I am paying the property tax within time, But recently myself and my brother have applied for property tax Bifurifaction. Now the tax is showing much higher than the previous year. Since it is a old building (house), So i kindly request you to consider my problem and reduce the Property Tax.

Sir, we are residing in seethammadhara b.s layout . We are facing the problem of garbage on our streets which is not cleaned daily leading to acccumulation.As it is being rainy season and there would be widespread of mosquitoe breeding spots, kindly look after the issue and take necessary action

Sir, reference to above subject, we are suffering with drainage flow issues at the above said locality which is leading to health issues especially to children and elders.

SVLN RESIDENCY, TEACHER'S COLONY, NEAR DAV SCHOOL, SUJATHANAGA VISAKHAPATNAM

This was very painfull for the residents who are living around our community we have complained on this drainage stagnation problem multiple time, but there is no any proper action taken on this, when we raise multiple complaints on GVMC complaint cell, concerned team use to visit the place and do the work for name sake i e moving the dirt and trash from the canal, here to there but there is no proper way created for the drainage flow and also there is a huge amout of debris placed in the middle of drainage that stops the drainage flow and make the empty place flooded with the drainage water now the vacant place become a pond which is full if dirty water Due to these unhygienic conditions so many of our society people got sick, which includes infants and aged people please take a serious action .To provide a permanent solution for this persistent act.

The street lights are not working since 2weeks on the new road along MVV city. It's getting dangerous as few accidents occur in the night times for pedestrians. Please respond asap.

Street light fixed to the pole - SHPL/1, Shipyard Layout, Gosala-Vepagunta Bypass Road has not been burning for more than one month. Frequently damaging the lamp. Kindly arrange to replace with good street light with higher lighting as it is T-Junction.

Hi sir,
The drain in our lane are not being cleaned. Upon asking even several times also it is not done. Due to lack of cleaning even worms are being incubated and very foul smell is coming.
All these problems are due you a food counter being operated and the used water Is not connected to underground drainage. He is also doing bulk catering services and no proper cleaning measures are take. Facing lot of difficulty due to foul smell, mosquitos breeding. Cockroaches and insects.

Several times mentioned to area supervisor also who visit the houses.
People are changing but no action is being taken on them.

Request you to take proper action and clean the drain.

There hardly any drainage system in our village makavaram near thummapala ankapale, due to which it damage our hygieni..It's a request plz look into this matter...so that our environment may look clean and green

Street lights are not working since 2months at my street and its been very terrible to walk around in the night times. Because of the darkness people are afraid of Scorpions that are roaming near open drainages.
Requesting concern department to take action at my street on the issue raised.

Complaint regarding non burning of street lights was done through tollfree number and also through releated sachivalayam. Pics & address also sent. But no use.
Gvmc gave an officer's number. We contacted him twice but no use.
We the people of Gajulavari street, kurupam market, visakhapatnam -530001, pole number 25 A5/1 are in dark since one month.
Pls...respond immediately.

Firstly we don't have toilets to our house so, we went to spandana and raised a complaint to give permission to construct our toilets which was stopped by the srinivas chairman from Gvmc zone (4). And then town planning people came and enquired and saw our problem was genuine and gave us a permission letter to construct in our place but again the srinivas chairman from Gvmc zone (4) called us in phone and said that don't start construction if you start construction it will not be fair . So I'm raising a complaint against him why he is stopping our construction even we have permission letter to construct the toilets and we need justice in this matter... In our street everyone has constructed as we constructing so why this was happening only for us... We want justice, we want equality that everyone has in our street as they have right to constructed their toilets. Hopping for justice.
