Greedge — Lack of services and not did what was promised

I joined their program in april, 2022.
Today is November 2022.
I was promised SOPs for 10 universities and other documents
The person who had called had told that you don't even have to write anything. But later I was told to fill questionnaires with 10-15 questions
Universities selection was not done properly.
I am yet to receive SOPs documents for 8 universities
When I asked for them to speed up the process, the manger told he cannot do it and suggested for the refund.
But after 4 days, told refund is not possible.
Now, they treat me like crap knowing that I am stuck here with them because I payed full price to them.
I want a refund.
They clearly lack professionalism and will test your patience to the best degree. I about of stress and anxiety I got working with them is unmatched.
I feel like crying everytime you. wan tot make them work.
I would say people must not even had this hard time in making unpaid people work than people here.
They feel they ar entitled to do anything they want
The manger now even doesn't consider the changes I told to do in document and outright told that he will not make changes.
Now he even boss me around and tell that you make changes and I will review it. he clearly asking me to write everything and then he will only review it. This is happening only because they know I am stuck.

I am just feeling miserable about this and want a refund.
