Greedge — PHD dream universities

I have been trying for PHD since three years and I had come across GRE edge. Initially they had made false promises that they will help in procuring admission in US universities based on your subject, interest and qualification. So i had believed their words and paid 30000 rupees. At first they give you a questionnaire that has nearlly 40+ questions to fill so that they can help with the SOP and the problem arises after that. These people had given universities and courses I am not even specialized in. So i had told them the problem here and they said twice that they will do the relevant and update the universities. When I had messaged my ASFA Anuja, she told that this is only the list that can be provide. I mean what?? Out of 4000 universities in the US you all could provide this list that to I have not even studied the subject given. This unprofessional attitude is not done here. I have sent the corrections to be done in the SOP but since two months nothing is done. I feel cheated and know that that they are scamming me. I need full amount of 30000 rupees in full for the service they are providing and I will not take no as an answer. I request the needful to be done against these education consultant scammers.
