Green Line Travels — confirmation regarding refund of money

My ticket no. Tk9t55324642, pnr no. 92a589hf. Your representative informed me over today morning that the bus has been cancelled and so the entire fare amount will be refund to me and you will send a confirmation message to me regarding cancellation of my ticket but till now, i did not received any communication from your end. Please arrange to send the same.
