We travelled on Bus KA 51 AF 3114 of Greenline Travels AC Bus, on Seat U-4 and U-10 on Tuesday August 26, 2025, boarding at Udupi Service Bus stand. Approximately at 12:30 AM on August 27, 2025 the bus had an accident somewhere near Bantwala. I was sleeping on Seat u 10.
Due to the impact of the accident, though I did not suffer any major injuries, when I had bounced in my berth on impact my brand new RealMe Bluetooth earphone fell...

Today our pick up was scheduled from Munnar to Bengaluru. This travel included 2 buses as per the ticket, first is from Munnar to Cumbum via mini bus and the next pick up was from Cumbum to Bengaluru via sleeper bus KA51AD4937, and our seat numbers were L9 and L10 and the date is 30-Sep-2024.
But unfortunately they changed the plan at the last moment it seems. We were only 2 people, they planned to send us via another bus from Cumbum to green leaf hotel, and in the mid of a journey we had to change our seats 2 to 3 times, while sitting in others seats, it was a tiresome and frustrating experience, eventhough our seats with sleeper class were reserved before from Cumbum itself as per the ticket and again we waited at the hotel for the bus.
It was first of all a tiresome day for us and then again they increased this tension in the places that we even never had been to.
I never expected such disgusting behaviour from this agency and will not recommend any one to use this service.

    I'm writing to you to complain about 19th Feb 2024 unsatisfactory service and the rudeness of few PSR travels staffs and the agent named Joseph Rayan ([protected]). Regards to PSR staffs I have received the confirmation on the action took on them from the PSR travels. However I want to highlight the behavior of above mentioned agent Joseph Rayan based on confirmation received from PSR that he is from Chennai agency. I'm hoping you'll take the appropriate action or proper training to your staffs how to behave or respect the passengers to ensure that no other passenger experiences the same humiliation as going forward.

    On 19th Feb 2024 we had a very bad experience. Since we reached 10-15 mins late for the first time in our travel to boarding point as we have stuck in traffic as well as we were traveling with our twin babies along with our luggage and for that we also apologize for the inconvenience caused. However even explaining our situation n apologize we made. Staff and the agent Joseph Rayan spoke very rude and unparliamentary way to me and my wife in call as well as in the boarding point which were very disturbing us mentally. I have also replied in same manner as they did to us since we are also human being with some level of patience and we are not boarding on free of cost. They speak as if they were managing a herd of cattle and their language is insulting. I would have surely complained in local police station if they stayed and made an issue and wouldn't have let the bus start. However we don't want to create an issue for your brand and disturbance to other passengers just because of these few particular ethic less staffs. Since we were always happy to travel through your agency service. If you enquire them they would surely give their justification without admitting there mistakes.     my humble suggestion that these kinds of staffs need moral and behavior training. They may be taught the very first lesson of civility. Bus details listed below

        I am passenger of Buss no 310 Dhaka to Cox Bazar. On the way I complain for uncomfortabolity of my seat. The bus supervisor behave roughly and get down to downstair and criticized about my complain which make insulted.

          I am a student studying at the University of Bedfordshire, Luton campus. To go to the university, I used to go on the 757- Luton bus. I had a break for almost 3 weeks, and when I went to Finchley Road to take the greenline bus, the bus did not come at all. I waited for 2 hours straight but to no avail. I also missed my classes because of this. Even at first, the bus used to come late as decided on the time, but this is getting out of hand. Moreover, the drivers were behaving very very rude to all the students. As we are students, we can have a ticket with a Student ID at some discount. So, while buying it, we need to show them our Student ID. while we are showing them the ID, they are continuously staring at us without saying anything. And asking us where DO YOU WANT to go you need to tell me exact where. I MEAN HAVE A MAD DOG BITTEN ME, THAT I SUDDENLY WANT TO GO OUT OF LONDON, AND WANT TO BE DROPPED OFF AT LUTON AIRPORT??????? COME ON MAN, I DON'T HAVE TIME AND MONEY TO WASTE JUST TO GO TO LUTON... I DON'T ### HAVE ANY CHOICE, DO I???? They don't really have common sense or are just pretending. Tell them that this is not the way to treat a cutsomer.

                    I was traveling to bangalore and in a middle I was eagerly waiting when the bus stop somewhere to go toilet. Suddenly the driver stopped bus near to one service road I saw out side. There was one Passanger Or cleaner who went out to go toilet. So, I felt happy and I also went immediately outside and urinated. I didn't even ask to stop bus I just used the time when they stoped for another Passanger. In a middle the driver Wantedly started bus and shouted me to come very soon. I couldn't complete my urinal pass and he forced me to come In.. I didn't like the way he act at the particular time. We are humans and we either don't know when we get to go toilet. Please teach them how to behave and be a human. This same problem is happening many time. Whenever driver or cleaner needed to go toilet they can go any time.. Why can't Passanger also do? Nonsense behavior by bus drive

                        Took a bus from shiliguri to Kolkata booked for ac semi sleeper volvo bus brook down half way, had to wait for 3hrs...then gave us non ac normal bus where we had to stand for another 2 hrs because no seat was available as it had previously been occupied then another non ac normal bus was given where the journey was horrible our luggage got destroyed and took 17 hrs to complete the journey which was supposed to be completed in 11hrs to 12hrs.and when asked for refund they said they will give 300rs for a 1500 rs ticket and started misbehaving, gave death threats, misbehaved with ladies passengers also

                            Hi my family which includes my husband and son traveled on 27/08 2022 from bangalore to tirupathi with package price of 3150 rs where in travel guide insisted me to keep all the bags in the bus just to avoid unnecessary queue for luggage counter In TTD so we believed and left our bag where in I had kept my gold earing in one of the bag (which was kept in hidden place inside the bag) where in we boarded back same bus after TTD darshana i did not notice as I was super tired once after I reached back home for my surprise earing was not there which was gold !!!It was stolen !!!Someone was was in bus whenever all the passengers were busy in darshanam here the bus driver/ cleaner had stolen it !!One of the worst people I have ever seem!people pls be careful of this theives!!I will raise a complaint hut I'm sure hw will they reply for this

                              We have booked Coimbatore to Pondicherry in greenline travels on august 13th 2022. Time is 11.40 pm pick up at cmc hopes bus stop. We came 10pm itself at hopes. Vehice number is NL01B1696. PNR number is 275782. Bus was delay reaching coimbatore when we make call to driver number. It reached ukkadam 12.15am. We waited one hr from the boarding time. Bus not stopped and failed to pick up at cmc hopes bus stop. We need to take action against this. We need our money back.

                                GreenLine Travels- No one can beat them in providing the worst service and saying lies to customer. They talk so rudely to customers as if they are taking us to tirupati for free...

                                Their best reply if you tell them that you will give their complain to Police... who is Police ? what will they do ? .. do what ever u want to do...

                                I travelled to tirupati from bangalore(hoskote bus stop) with my family and kids.Had booked tickets with greenline travels without seeing the review(one of my biggest mistake).
                                On they day of travel driver confirmed that be at the location at 11 PM and reached 30 min earlier. But to my bad fate i had to wait for the bus for 2 hours.
                                After multiple talks with the driver on the phone, got to know that they are waiting for 3 pasengers to get the seat filled and said please talk to office people and i cannot do anything .. Office people asked me to wait, so am waiting..
                                When i called the office they simply lied that there is traffic so its getting delayed . and said driver will be reaching in 10 min.. and this 10 min 10 min went for 2 hours..
                                After getting super angry, we decide to cancel the plan and told the office guys to cancel the ticket and give refund.. They replied we cannot refund, do what what ever you want..

                                Somehow we boarded the bus and when we asked the driver again why he delayed, he said please talk to office people.without giving a proper reply he raised his voice and and said talk to office people, i canot do anything.
                                Seeing this, few nearby people along with 2 police people came in for our resue and asked the driver to step down of the BUS. But the driver did not step down even after multiple calls by the police. Finally something happened between the driver and people around and some one broke the drivers window.

                                I had to finally tell the police that lets leave it as we are going to tirupati and then we started...

                                Now the after effect of getting delayed here ...
                                Where ever u go, the guide will say come fast come fast.. this we can manage..its ok

                                now i get a call from office that i have broken the window and i need to pay for it.
                                I told them clearly that i have not done anything and its their mistake due to which this has happened.. and they started threatning me that they will give a police complain against me... I said please do it .. Am waiting...

                                breakfast and lunch was just manageable ... two of my family members fell sick due to the food... so u can understand what kind of food was that.

                                Room was also manageable, no soap/handwash, no towels, but we need to quickly get fresh in 15 min..

                                darshan went well by the grace of Balaji.

                                we Were 9 people and out of which 1 was 10 years. SO as per the rule, darshan tickets are not applicable.Darshan is Free for them.
                                During tickets booking they had said that now we need to pay full but after the darshan we will refund darshan ticket(300) rs for the KID of 10 years age.

                                Now once returning back to bangalore when i asked for refund, they are saying that they will not refund any money.
                                I told them as per the rule u should refund else i will give a complain to police, they said, who is police? what will they do ? i will not refund, do what ever u want to do...

                                Even after doing a mistake they dont bother to accept it rather they not even afraid to Police..
                                So how to stop these kind of Travels now ?
                                Am writing this review based on what happened with me... Now others seeing this review can decide if you want to book any package via Greenline Travels.
