Description of Incident: ASUS Zenfone 5 Mobile Power Switch is not working properly. When Pressing the Switch sometime screen is displayed with reddish color with lines and to start I again have to press the switch, at that time it takes time to respond also. The frequency of this error is not more, but to prevent more damage to device measures are to be taken. There is no other alternative option to start my phone. Please help me to resolve this error.

This was gift to my sister as it was not working she hesitated complaining me.
It starts but after three hours stops and doesn't count steps.
Discharged and recharged battery also done but still probem is same.
Need a replacement .
