[Resolved] Green Wealth Estates — Vandalur kolapakkam advance amount not returned yet | |||
Representatives of Green wealth estates (Srinivasan:[protected]) called me on[protected] and arranged a vehicle for visiting their site at kolapakkam-vandalur. I ve paid Rs2000 in advance for collecting land documents, which they handed over to me only after a day's time. And when I returned the document citing my personal reasons, they dint pay the money back. I went all the way from mambalam to chrompet just to return the damn document and get my money back. They confirmed me paying the money back after 2days. They make the customer wait once they get the money in their hands, either big or small amount, it doesnt matters to them. Cheap attitude and behaviour of the employees (Shanmugam and Bhaskar) when I approached their chrompet office. They have collected the document back and have received my account number for paying back the advance on[protected]. I am ready to take any action against them if the amount is not paid back on the said date. Behave yourself people. I myself from the customer service industry, remember people, Customer is King. Atleast treat them like human. worst ever business attitude. Will be glad if some responsible person calls me back on this issue. And beware if you are going to argue with me in your cheap way, you will be paying back more than what you owe to pay. Was this information helpful? | |||

Thanks for your response Mr.kumar. Kindly note the following:
1.After paying the advance amount, the document was given to me only the next day, which I didnt mind at all, as I seriously understand the operational hiccups from your side.
2.When you can send a vehicle to visit your site, and to handover the document through your runner boy, there should also be a provision for collecting it back when customer is not interested in the progress. But I was asked to hand it over to your chrompet office, for which I posiitively responded and travelled all the way from west mambalam just to return it back. They asked me to visit your office only after 3pm, for which i again responded by sticking on to the time you prescribed.
3. When i was informed to visit your office to give back the document, I was not told that the refund will take its own time period.
4. At your office premises, I was not given any reason for the late credit. A polite reply would have satisfied me inspite of me travelling all the way just to handover the document. The way they behaved at your premises was a way authoritative, which you should look upon and take corrective measures.
5. Special thanks to Mr.Raja([protected]) who tried to sort out the issue immediately for which your staff gave me a authoritative response.
Pls note that the issue is not just about the money. Our time is valuable too to run behind anyone. Proper intimation and polite response would solve any customer's need. Thank you.
