Www.grocermax.com I had placed an order at the GrocerMax online store on 01-Dec-15. They had advertised 36% discount on grocery in all leading newspapers. However, I found that the company is actually mis-leading the consumers. I have faced the following while dealing with them - 1. They mislead the customers by advertising a discount of 36%. Instead they were offering only 11% on purchase of 1111/-. 2. They deliver items which are stale or have already expired. I received items which had expired at least 1 month back. I had to follow up rigorously with them on phone and by E-mails to get the stale items replaced. 3. You have to carefully tally the items against the order. If any item is missing, they do not refund any money. I've written several times to them but they have not even cared to acknowledge the email. Mr. Gaurav Juneja, Co-founder has also not replied to any of my E-Mails. 4. They do not give any cashback in the PayTm account as promised.
