Grofers — abusing to my family | |||||
Hi, my name is Govind and I am here to share my experience with Grofers. I ordered my monthly groceries on Grofers with order number_ and it's delivery was due yesterday i.e. 23rd October between 7 pm to 9 pm. I received a call from delivery boy Pawan ([protected]) in the evening and he told me that he will deliver the order soon. However, I waited for my order till 10 PM post which I called him to which he rudely replied that he will not be able to deliver the order today. I told him that I will be unable to receive the order the following day as I had to leave for my hometown to which he connected with another person, Pawan, who again rudely replied and said that he can't do anything about it. I have been regularly using Grofers since last year and this is the 4th time I have experienced such kind o[censored]nexpected and rude behaviour from delivery boys. Adding to my woes, there is no support number or toll free customer service number to connect with them. You can only connect through pre written message service. I truly recommend everyone to stop using Grofers as their service is getting worse day by day and you and your family may experience rude and unexpected response at any point of time if you continue to avail their service. Worse still, there is no option to ask for refund as well. I highly recommend to discontinue using Grofer's fraud services to avoid getting disappointed further. Was this information helpful? | |||||
