On 09.01.2022, I saw the online advertisement of the concerned company's products which were winterwares, visited their website and ordered products worth a total of 1696 INR. As there was no Cash on Delivery option available, I made the payment online through my debit card. As soon as the payment was done an order confirmation page opened containing the order details and a note that I would shortly receive a message on my mobile no. which I had mentioned as part of my shipping and billing address. But I received no such message. Then I tried to check my order history under my account at the company's website and to my surprise there were no data available and hence no details about the order which I had just placed. I was alarmed immediately tried to contact the customer service on the contact no.(Mob): +91 [protected] mentioned on the company's website but it was unreachable as the teleoperator reported that the no. was switched off. I tried to contact them through whatsapp also it was mentioned on the company's website that the same contact no. mentioned earlier was also registered with whatsapp. But to my surprise I found that the no. was not even registered with whatsapp. Finally I had no way of contacting this company. Later on I came across so many online reviews giving details of financial losses incurred by the respective reviewers who fell victim to the financial fraud carried out through this fake website named 'groovy-fashion.com' by this fake company called 'Groovy Fashion'. Hence I humbly request you to take prompt action against this fraudulent company running fake website. Also kindly note that the company was operating with a different internet domain with web address 'groovy-fashion.in' previously and now it's web address is https://groovy-fashion.com/.
