I came to know about this website through online advertisement on YouTube. I have found jackets at very reasonable price. Website is www.groovy-fashion.com. Before purchasing jackets, I had checked that company belongs to Bengaluru, Karnataka. They also have 5 days refundable policy in case, we don't like their product, we can return it by just mail the order details. So, I order 5 jackets worth rs. 1, 905 on this website. I had made payment through Payzapp mode on website. The portal have valid payment methods available. So, things doesn't came into mind that this website can be fraudy. After the payment made, I was unable to check the order details that when I will get the product and what items I have ordered. The doubt came into mind then I research about this website and checked that this site is merely a fraud and looted many people like me. I came to know about consumer complaints portal while researching. Please help me to report this website so, that no other people can be looted while purchasing clothes from this website and it's request you to please help me get back my hard earned money that I had spend on Jackets on this website.
