Groovy Fashion — Payment deducted but order confirmation not received

We have placed a order for jacket in M Size according to showing on website of Groovy Fashion on 07.01.2022 (11 AM) but when we place the order we filled necessary detail on site and at last they have given payment method and we have done the payment google pay Rs 399/- but after that still we have not received any order confirmation and no data is showing on their site.

even i have called 20-30 times on their contact No.[protected] as mentioned on their site but given Contact no does not exist and sent a mail on given e-mail ID but mail was undelivered.

I things this is totally fraud website and according to my experience this type of Advertisement of fraud websites should not be shown on you tube and google etc.

So please i need refund of my money and request you take hard further action on Groovy Fashion.
