Groovy Fashion — Payment made but order and confirmation not received

I had ordered two jackets after seeing ad on you tube with Groovy-Fashion.com by making online payment of Rs. 808 through Paytm app on 05/02/2022 at 2.00 p.m.. I haven't received any order confirmation and receipt from their site after three days. Morover, email send to their customer support has also returned back. I want my money back as it seems to be a fraud one. I have attached requisite proof with this complaint
