Groupon India / Nearbuy — Bad customer care support | |||
I bought one salon package coupon NPTCJ2Q on 12th Feb worth INR1500. I want to request for its cancellation and was trying to call customer care support for the same. But each time I call nobody ever picks up the call. No answer to any of my calls and every time it is been put to wait for an agent. This is was the first time I ever bought a coupon on the site but never knew that the cancellation policy will be this pathetic. Its the sixth day now that i would have called them for more than ten times a day, but in vain. I purchased a voucher of a beauty parlour, now the parlour lady is not giving appointmet its been 3days since I am chasing i want to cancel i called nearbuy customercare several times but no response from their end. Plus We are customer the behaviour of the parlour lady is very rude i have paid for the service.
