Groupon India / Nearbuy — Coupons for Massage | |||
I had purchased two coupons for Thai massages for a total of Rs. 2798.00 from nearbuy on Feb 3, 2017. The Salon owner was rude, didn't offer me and my wife massage services, and threw us out of the salon. I applied to nearbuy support for a refund, and they claimed to initiate the refund process on Feb 4. Since I paid by netbanking, the money should've come into my account within 3-5 business days. It HAS NOT (account statement sent to nearbuy support for verification). Now, nearbuy support is not responding properly. Please deliver justice and help me get my money back. My nearby id is - [protected]@gmail.com, i purchased a VOUCHER ID: NM2YJB3 on 11th march 2017 with 100% refund for cancellation. but i m unable to find any cancellation option as it is of no use for me now. so please cancel it and refund the amount.
