[Resolved] Groupon India / Nearbuy — Illegally took away the credits without notifying | |||||
I am priyam shah holding account in nearbuy with id [protected]@gmail.com, in this there was a program of refer and earn which i had used and earned credits worth ₹300.00 with a validity of 1 year as shown at time i received credits. But the nearbuy took away the credits and when i called them today they said it is expired!!! This is a very very fraudulent company taking away credits of people without notifying them!!! same with me it showing validity[protected] so i relaxed to use them later and they took it back
Same thing happened to me. My credits were expiring and when I sent mail to the neaybuy team, they confirmed that they will provide my credits back whenever I want (I have email proofs with me). When I wanted to use them now, they are saying their company's terms changed. This is cheating.
