Gruha Kalyan with below website had promised thousands of people to provide flat in bangalore

I had booked flat in Gruha Kalyan Rose 2 project by paying an amount of 3, 75, 000 rupees during June-July 2016.
But it seems to be fraud and they are not returning our money back.
The office has been closed.
Their website is not working and also their email address Rose2 . is getting bounced back. I tried to call the employees working over their but all their number are switched off.
