I have paid 50000 in Sept for the project Gladius near manayata, I was about to pay more 500000 next week but I thought I will investigate the property, then I come across that the property is litigated so I cancelled my booking.

I'm running around from past 6 months to get my money but no proper response, kindly help bcoz I wanted to get this flat for my parents, I had saved money for it.
Please help in getting back my money please.
