Gruha Kalyan — Money not refunding

We had booked a flat in be gurha kalyan and paid money about 4 lakhs . By the time we got to know it's all fraud and no property belongs to them it was too late.Almost every week we used to visit their office .Every time new person turns up an gives some bloody excuse. It was my husband's hard eared money and i am to blame. Don't no what these people will get after cheating and eating in the money of so many innocent people. No law or justice to protect us.Openly infront of the government this cheating happening no end to this ?
