Gruha Kalyan — not returning money fraud company

Last year i booked 2bhk flat, later came to know they are fraud and i cancelled booking. But they are not returing my 1 l amount. They have given me a cheque of rs 98 thousand but cheque got bounced then i went to court but no luck. Court is asking me to find them as they are not available in their office. Office is closed now.
