Would have given lower rate if possible. had booked a cab on 21 sep 16 from garwal taxi service for pick up from delhi on 23 sep 16 at 1400h. got a msg of cancellation of my booking on 23 sep itself. on being asked if i could have been told prior the reply Mr Nirmal who called himself the senior most and refused to give me any senior executives no told me to get cab from some other agency. my sister was traveling alone and this is the kind of respond i received leave aside the lack of basic mannerism the individual showed. no sense of commitment and professionalism towards once a loyal customer. complete no for people who require committed booking. My humble request to the senior executive, please if you hold any recording than you need to take action against your executive Mr Nirmal.
