      U guys are so disgusting..i bookked cab 2 days prior but today on travellinng day u cancelled the booking..
      I will file case against ur disgusting. Service.
      I had even madeonline payment n confirmation mail from ur side is with me ..as it was urgent travel so to avoid any problem I had done everything. In priority..BUT U GUYS HAVE JUST SAID SORRY...VERY DISAPPOINTED

        It has happened thrice with me, that i have booked for 7 am and there has been no new of cab till 11:00 am.

        Everytime they say that that cab belt is broken and there will be delayed.

        They didn't even provide address to driver, he is roaming here and there, with no clue where he needs to go.

        You keep on waiting and following up and after 2 hours you get a message that your booking has been cancelled.

        They never call you back, if there is some problem. Its you who have to followp like fools.

        Their service is terrible!!! And this has happened on multiple occasions. Beware of them!!!

          One day advance i booked a cab for going to air port, dehradun on 9th march 2018. Air port is about 35 kns from my home. Booking reference is [protected]. But at last moment cab was not provided. Just 5 minutes before i was told that cab is not available
          This is the worst thing. I could have missed my flight. If ola cab would have not been available immediately.
          I may be given compensation for such act.

          Today, we traveled from JP Hospital Noida to Dehradun and behavior of driver- Naim Khan was very bad during journey. GTS taxi services should take care of such drivers otherwise they will spoil the name of company.

            Worst service, overcharged, unprofessional, late always.
            I booked a cab for 27 jan and i wait the cab for 3 hour. After that they said for double charge and i did 10-15 calls to customer care but they changed the statement related to the price.
            After lots of calls to the customer care i left the cab and went to isbt delhi and took the ordinary bus.
            I did not see this type of experience in my life. I was the regular customer and they did this type of behaviour with me. It's a pathetic service and i will not use this service again.

            They cannot be trusted at aby point of timr

              Would have given lower rate if possible. had booked a cab on 21 sep 16 from garwal taxi service for pick up from delhi on 23 sep 16 at 1400h. got a msg of cancellation of my booking on 23 sep itself. on being asked if i could have been told prior the reply Mr Nirmal who called himself the senior most and refused to give me any senior executives no told me to get cab from some other agency. my sister was traveling alone and this is the kind...

              I had booked a cab on 5 june for roorkee to delhi scheduled for 7 june 2016 at 9:30 am (Booking id - 05jun2282). The driver details were informed to me on 6 june 2016 through sms. I was ready but the cab did not arrive on 7 june at 9:30 am. When i contacted driver (And then gts contact number), it was informed to me that the booking was cancelled. This created lot of inconvenience to me. I was to catch a flight from delhi.

              (A) first question is why at all the booking was cancelled? If due to any reason that particular driver was not available, then alternate driver could have been arranged.

              (B) secondly, if cancellation was utmost necessary (Beyond the control of gts), then why i was not informed about cancellation well in advance so that i could make alternate arrangements.

              Such an irresponsible service of gts is unfortunate. I will strongly recommend all my contacts not to avail gts in future. I am highly disappointed with gts.

                I booked a cab from gts car reantal dehradun on[protected] for delhi to dehradun dated 24-03-16, booking was confirmed 4- 5 times. And got confirmation from gts. But at last moment the cab was not reached and after so many times contacting gts owner nd executive they dont know about drivers location nd when we told and askd information abut drivers they misbehave with us.
                GTS Car Rental / GTScab.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                These people are fraud, lairs and does not have their own taxis. Only what they do they hire taxis and then do their buisness. If the taxis are available then they provide otherwise they do fraud at the last moment of the journey.the customer has no option at the last moment. Please black list this company if one can do.
