Worst service, overcharged, unprofessional, late always.
I booked a cab for 27 jan and i wait the cab for 3 hour. After that they said for double charge and i did 10-15 calls to customer care but they changed the statement related to the price.
After lots of calls to the customer care i left the cab and went to isbt delhi and took the ordinary bus.
I did not see this type of experience in my life. I was the regular customer and they did this type of behaviour with me. It's a pathetic service and i will not use this service again.

They denied cab at last moment for cab to delhi
Thry even send confirnation 2 hrs before for cab but still cancelled
They cannot be trusted at aby point of timr
I spend double to reach ny destination
