GTT takes students only after a screening process. If they wanted to just make money why would they reduce numbers by screening students.

Only good ones go through the screening process and that's why there is a 100% placement record.

GTT has called me, taken the interview and said u have been selected but subject to job training. I got ready paid 10,000 but still I am unemployed.

The problem is that unlike other institute they pretend that the candidate has got the job and the training he/she need to go through is the company training. And later on they said that we are conducting interviews. If I need to do some training, I will do it from NIIT or Aptech...

GTT gives assurance to young freshers that they will be placed in MPHASIS, but it is found that they are placing Freshers in some other firm called as MAGNA Infotech ltd. Even GTT assures that freshers will get a package of around 1.80 Lacs p/a but they are not committed and a fresher gets a package of around 1.53 lacs p/a. and also not treated well by the company employees (MAGNA Infotech ltd).
