Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — About the late arrivals of the bus everytime

I have boarded the bus from Makarpura Bus stand to Nehrunagar a multiple times now. It always arrives 15-40 minutes late. I had to stand for about an hour waiting for bus. This is not the service we expect paying so much money. Please update the timings of the arrivals accordingly ASAP. The bus journey starts from Surat to Ahmedabad. Please fix this.
