I have booked ticket of ambaji to navsari for tomorrow 8.7.17. My ticket has washed in rain somehow, the ticket no. Is visible but other info is rarely visible. We visisted navsari depot for reissue tickt by tecket no. Or cancell it. But they sai we can not do it. We go to higher dept but they said to take new tickt. Its not a solution. Pls solve it.
