Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — ac not working in gsrtc volvo

Dear sir/ma'am,
I had booked 4 tickets of ac volvo from bhavnagar to rajkot.
However the ac has not been working in the bus since the starting of journey and no action has been taken.

Even though i had paid amount for ac bus i felt like traveling through regular non ac bus.
