Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — amount cut, no information about confirmation

I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to piplod, on 11th january, 2018. Selected seat number was 31. But after payment i didn't get any response of confirmation from gsrtc and instead i had to buy a ticket again in the same bus. I request for the refund of amount that i paid. And, in addition to this the website responds like this most of the time and the passenger don't get the confirmation regarding seat despite of paying the money. It is desirable that the website gets improved for the betterment of passenger who books ticket online and if they can't improve it, better they stop the service of online booking. Thank you.
