Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Booked seat but No availability of bus even after 1 hour of departure time.

I have booked my reservation seat in patan -Navsari bus. It's departure time is 20.30 from patan bus station. We waited upto 21.00 and when asked to inquiry window at bus depot we didn't get proper answer. The man in inquiry window told us, Your bus has break down at Ahmedabad. And we can't arrange another bus. Due to this approx 25 reservation passengers have to travel fron another bus by standing.
