Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Booking failed and amount deducted

I had booked 3 ticktes in GSRTC bus and paid full payment but the amount got deducted from my account and I didn't received PNR number. Although I have Order ID/Ref no. Now I want my refund as I don't have money to go home but GSRTC is not giving proper answer.
