Hello sir

I travel by your government bus sunav to nadiad. And today at 8 pm nadiad - gada bus didn't came and it's always get cancel 3 days in a week and delay every day when it's come. And main thing depo announcement didn't announce every day that this bus is late or cancel today. Because of this unresponsive behavior many passenger didn't get home on time and they have to suffer 2 hours. And when we go for complain they didn't give answer and make excuse. I pay my service pass money and didn't get my transportation on time and because of this i go home at night at 11 and it's not my only problem hundred of passenger suffer from this. Mr manoj bhai from nadiad depo didn't want to take responsibility on this. I[censored] really think we are your valuable costumer and you want to help us then please it's my humble request do some action on this and give me your valuable feedback

My PNR is G20959247 my pickup point is kapodra in Surat we are both handicap person your bus driver was not stopped bus at pickup point and we are helpless now when I call your Surat depo they answer me some driver is not stopped there and we can't do anything for you

Condition of Junagadh Rajula bus is very pathetic a person has to think twice to get onboard of that bus. And as it is long route bus though it is a typical local bus that stops at each and every village. And if it get any breakdown in-between there is nothing on this route to get it respiratory or to get another bus.
