Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Bus cancelled but ticket could not cancel | |||||
Dear sir Bus was late by 1:30 hrs & when we inquired in gsrtc pbr office, they inform bus is cancelled and asked us to cancel ticket online, but online no option available. So i raised complaint to gsrtc twice. But they don't responding properly. I mail, they reply, call us, when i call, they said mail us. I did both but didn't get solution.
