My complaint is that i booked for my wife 1 e ticket from gsrtc website. My date of journey was 20/11/2018 from dayapar to ahmedabad in express bus. My pnr no. Is g23358295 and trip code is 1630nsrvabdex51. My total bus fair is rs. 256/-. My journey time was 5.45 p. M. On my travel date, i reached dayapar bus station at 5.42 p. M. But bus was not coming till 6.15 p. M. And inquired my bus from local person who is booking ticket of gsrtc online from dayapar he has contact of next bus depot control mobile no. And conform that bus was pass by dayapar in 5.30 p. M. Considering his requests, she traveled from dayapar to ahmedabad in another privet which cost is 660 rs. Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.
