Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — Bus didn't came at all at pick up location

Hi team, I have booked gsrtc advance ticket to travel from baroda central bus station to Gandhinagar for 17th January at 00:05 time. I got ticket for seat no 20. Bus originated from songadh then come to baroda and then gandhinagar, but bus didn't come at all. I have choose another bus after waiting for 1 hour. PNR no. G[protected]. OB number :- GS27068441.
