Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — bus has not came at boarding point

I had booked gsrtc bus from bhuj to gandhinagar date 9/11/2018 seat no. 8 at 10pm,
I had to board from kukma station but bus had not came at the station,
I waited for 2hours yet bus not came and no one was also answering the call,
So tiredly i had to come at home,
I think gsrtc buses are flying because on road it is not coming.
