Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — bus left without announcing from depot

Today i was travelling with 3 adults & 1 child with reserved booking from baroda to rajkot at 8am. When asked at inquiry counter they said bus will be on platform 6 @ 8am. I waited from 7:30am-8:15am and bus din’t show up. When asked again they said bus is gone. The bus depot dint even announce and total 10 people missed that bus. Please refund me.
