I with my son, daughter in law and grandson were travelling from borvai to bharuch gnfc on 01/12/19 vide ticket no.257483 time of issuing ticket is 15:16:36 hrs. (Bus mandvi depot, surat div.) bus root borvai-surat - mandvi. At areoungd 10.00 pm driver and conductor had refused to take bus at gnfc bus stand and tey have dropped us on highway out side the stand. On request they have reply, at night we are not taking bus at bust stand and behave very rudely. Request you to pl. Take necessary action into the matter pl. Was this information helpful? I am a student and I was going to give my exam I was in dhrangadhara- surendranagar local bus the driver was continuously talking with the another person in the cabin and when we told him then he had behaved Ridley with inappropriate language.
