Dear sir Today dated on 20 feb 19 due to sudden strike your bus service not working though i have a e ticket booking but it's get cancelled. A very very poor, hopeless, bad, worst service from gujrat state. Please don't use sir narendra modi name to hide all your inability. Try to improve your performances by providing better service to comman man. At this moment surat gsrtc office contact no. Also not working. Shameful disgusting... Dear respected sir..
i have go to rangpur surendranagar so pay for ticket money then conductor refund me 20 rupies, in one 10th note is defected but i collect this note in my pocket ...now return tym this note through ticket is not give me..
why??
nigam can provide demege currency ..

Today at 1:50, polytechnic to 27/28 bus didn't let me get off at Kudasan Highway bus-Stand, the conductor was rude in his way of dealing and said they don't stop the bus when they've just stopped it at immediate previous one, that's plain ridiculous and illogical, I want proper steps to be taken.
