Respected sir,
I have booked online bus from surat to unjha, bus route was selvas to patan. Arrival at surat timing mentioned at online is 9:00 pm but actually bus arrived on 11:00 pm. After discussion with conductor and other people we come to that bus actual arrival time is 11:00 pm only. So we are requesting that please correct timing online

chirag maheta's response I passed a passenger pass from the bus station. When I passed a month's pass, I took this money for three months with me, so I complained to this.
