On date of 21 august we booked bus from ahmedabad to dwarka (Pnr no. : g29240339, g[protected] but bus was cancelled at last moment at just 2 hours before of pick up. The trip was on 21-sep and trip code is 2000abddwksp15.

We received this information by message, it is highly inconvenience for customers, but still no refund received from gsrtc.

We are standing at income tax bus station. 3 to 4 buses are running at station but not a single bus is stop while we have exams and the buses are not stop please do something otherwise student will not bring the tickets .
Any single student will not buy tickets or student passes.
This is first and last warning

Hi Team,

There are no bus coming between 5pm to 6:30pm from Gujarat high court Bus stand to Mehsana. If bus is there than driver is not running on time.

Sometimes bus comes but they don't Stop at stand.

Kindly look into this and help. There are around 30 to 40 people stands at this time and Waits for bus to go Mehsana.

Dear sir,

Ankleshwar to Sagbara road not good.
The too much pit in this road.
Need to fast maintenance.
