Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — bus was not arrived on station.

I booked a bus ticket from junagadh to ahmedabad on 30th june 2019 at 18.05 with the pnr number g28228903.
Passenger details are as below:
1. Anjuri kelaiya
2. Raj kelaiya
I was waiting at junagadh station but i was informed that bus has been cancelled and i have to submit a complaint to get the refund.
Please refund my amount asap and let me know in case of any further details are required.
