Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Can't stop the local area bus

When I just raise my hand for stop of GSRTC bus "local area bus" Jamnagar to Okha route bus but don't Stop bus.
i can't able to reach bus stop.
In between i just raise my hand for stop the bus.
is this fair with me or not?
please do needful and reply me.
