Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — Complaint against Conductor and Doctor of bus no. GJ-18-ZT-1747

Today, on 27/12/2025, we were 4 passengers traveling in the Rajkot to Surendranagar local bus (Bus No: GJ-18-ZT-1747) scheduled at 5:15 PM. The driver and conductor forcefully dropped us off outside the bus station, stating that the bus would not stop at Kuwadava village. When we protested, they behaved very rudely and arrogantly told us to 'complain wherever you want.' This behavior is highly unprofessional. They refused to stop at a designated official halt, causing us significant distress. I request you to take strict disciplinary action against the concerned staff.
