I booked Vyara to Vadodara online ticket from gsrtc's app yesterday on 8/12/2023. When we went to the bus station, there was no information about the bus. After booking, no sms came in my mobile which bus number and which conductor and his phone number. This is not the first time this has happened to me. And whenever you go to the bus depot and ask, you don't get the same answer. If we call the number of Gsrtc to complain, we wait for 10 minutes and then the phone hangs up. In this way I repeatedly tried 3 to 4 times but got no response. Whenever you go to the station and ask, you get only one answer that the server is down and the work of the government is to remain like this and not to be trusted. If you call the bus depot, no one receives the phone. And this problem has been happening since last 2 years. And when we ask anything to the conductor of the bus, he does not give a proper answer. The conductor of the bus tells us that we are like conductors, we are like laborers. I have never seen such a nonsense and unnecessary application in my life. And those working in gsrtc also answer us that they all have nothing to do with gsrtc. Everyone misbehaves at times. Even if the passengers are so disturbed, they don't even help.
