I called the conductor 30 minutes before the pickup time to ensure if the bus is running on time. He asked me to reach the spot on time even if bus is delayed. Bus came 1 hour late.
I had booked my seat with the GSRTC App first as female seat still I got the male passenger beside me.
I went to the conductor and asked him politely if he can do something about it or assist me. But he rudely responded, â To mai kya karu? Maine kaha tha kya book karne ko? Usme kuch ni hai jao adjust karo. Jo karna hai karo mera koi lenadena nahi hai.â
This is the response we expect?
The bus reached the destination 2 hours late. At drop off my bag was in bus cabin. He didnât even bothered to come down to even assist to open that bus cabin as it was hard to open.
Such persons misuse govt jobs and behave ### with passengers. I have seen so many conductor complaints still there is no change in their behaviour. I will request to please pay attention to conductor behaviour who makes passengers experience horrible.
These are the instances which make people not to opt for using govt facilities.
