Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — customer care cut the call and not give reply for my query

I am booking volvo gsrtc ticket from gsrtc official app, my amount is deducted but tickets not found, i am calling on customer care executive, but she is not giving reply properly and cut the call, then i am calling on customer care no, no one can take my call, thats not the good behavior of gsrtc customer care executive, gsrtc wants to hier good communication executive for this service.
