I booked two online tickets, the vehicle number is not printed on the ticket, the conductor did not call, the driver denied to take us in the bus, saying there is no online booking and this bus is different, the windowman called the driver, the driver denied to take us in then too. I booked the ticket for 220, for 10th august, they behaved rudely, what am i supposed to do now? My money got wasted, we dont get seats. Please solve this asap.
